  • This ceremony is for couples who only wish to complete the legal requirements for marriage.

    It includes the following:

    • 1 x Face to face initial meeting

    • Unlimited contact via phone and email

    • All legal paperwork completed and lodged

    • Legal or personalised vows

    • Travel included within 60 minutes of Melbourne (Includes the Bellarine)

Signature WEDDING

  • This ceremony is for couples who want the whole thing! The most popular ceremony and fully personalised!

    It includes the following:

    • Fully personalised ceremony

    • No limitations to any family or friend inclusions

    • Legal or personalised vows, plus help in writing personal vows

    • Rehearsal Run Sheet and option for rehearsal via video (time depending)

    • Face to face initial meeting and additional if needed

    • Unlimited contact via phone and email

    • All legal paperwork completed and lodged

    • Travel included within 2 hours of Melbourne

your Special person

  • This ceremony is for couples who want a family or friend to conduct the story and colour elements of their ceremony.

    I will be there for every step to help and conduct all of the ‘legal bits’!

    It includes the following:

    • A family or friend conducting the non-legal elements of your ceremony

    • Assistance and collaboration with writing the ceremony for your chosen person

    • Face to face initial meeting and additional if needed

    • Unlimited contact via phone and email

    • All legal paperwork completed and lodged

    • Legal or personalised vows

    • Travel included within 90 minutes of Melbourne

master of ceremonies

  • Continuing on from the ceremony!

    Being your MC for your reception and keeping things flowing, on time and on track and making sure you have the best night!

    No additional travel costs, still unlimited contact and not finishing up until all your formalities are completed and you’re well on your way on the dance floor!

WEDDING PLANNING

  • Need someone to help execute your wedding plan? This coordinator service allows you to control and plan your wedding, however have me there to put those plans in place on the day!

    This package includes, but is not limited to, the following:

    • Consultation to ensure your wedding brief and vision is delivered

    • Runsheet assistance, including finialising vendor bump in and bump out times

    • All day on site managing the logistics and planning of your day

    • Liaising with your vendors in the lead up to your wedding

    • Vendor point of contact on the day

    • Liaising with vendors on the day

    • 1 x site visit if required

    • Early morning arrival, staying until the completion of all formalities and the dance floor is well on it’s way!

PACKAGE DISCOUNT

  • A 5% discount will be applied across your package, if you combine the following:

    • On-the-day coordinator service

    • With any celebrant ceremony service

PA Equipment

All ceremonies have use of my two Bose S1 Pro Speakers and Sennheiser wireless microphone.

This includes playing music for your ceremony if you need.

Travel

Travel outside of the included ranges will be added on at $35/hour.

However any travel will be made really clear before anything is booked in.

Deposit

A deposit is required within 14 days of booking, the remainder will be due one month out from your wedding date.

Government Registry Office Certificate

I can order this certificate for you at the time of lodging your paperwork. As there is a Government fee to order this certificate, there is a fee added on to your final invoice.

Alternatively, you are able to order this yourself at any point in time after the wedding.

Destination Weddings

Any destination, interstate or rural weddings can absolutely be done! However, travel and accommodation will be discussed and mutually agreed upon.

Rehearsal

If you would like to have a rehearsal face to face, this can be added on to your package.

However the cost of this (and the availability of this) will depend on the location, time and date.
